HOW TO PAY US

Payment is due in advance for all orders. Shipping charges are not included unless promotional and usually for a limited time.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT


CASH

Yes, you CAN send us cash via U.S. mail. To send via FedEx or UPS letter know that they do not want you to do it but it still can be done.


PERSONAL CHECKS

We do not accept any checks, money orders or bank drafts from any country other than Canada. Don’t even try.

We will wait the customary two weeks for all drafts to clear our bank, not yours. Ask me about the international credit card fraud hits we took in December of 2004- Jan 2005.


Pay Pal

We have been buying and selling via PayPal for many years. Yes, it costs us money to receive your payments and it costs (you) when you receive payments. However, it is fast, safe and convenient. Its funny how those two features seem to always seem to go together.

SHIPPING


USPS

We ship all of our orders using the U.S. Postal Service, usually via Priority Mail. Why? It is usually the least expensive, convenient, safe, and one of the only carriers that will deliver on Sunday (fees apply). Delivery Confirmation, insurance and service levels vary- please check their web site for details. Want to track your shipment? Yes, fees apply.

Slow Boat? Sure, we can ship via “surface” (container ship). Expect it to take between 4-6 weeks to arrive. I recommend Priority Mail for a few dollars more.

FEDEX

Sure, we can ship FedEx. We need your account information. We can also send it Collect. Collect means that you have PAID for your order to our satisfaction and will pay for your delivery and all associated charges when you receive it.

UPS

Pretty much the same deal as with FedEx above.
